HC-D PROFILE

Setting
The HC-D profile is the first addition to the existing range and has been on the market for more than 10 years. This profile is distinguished by its robust and solid implementation. This profile was initially designed and applied by Silidur. HJC took over its production and sales in 2005. This joint comprises two 5 mm thick S235JRG2 grade steel, cold rolled Delta profiles which are joined by a 70 x 10 mm steel plate across the entire length of the profile. In the case of the HC-D+ profile, the underside also has anchor bolts with a flexible height setting offered by an adjustable steel plate. Edge protection and load transfer are essential properties being guaranteed by the typical construction of all HC-D (+) models, given the fitted anchorage. The upper side is not milled since the 2 symmetrically identical profiles make this unnecessary.

In the HC-D range, we distinguish between the normal and the HC-D+ implementation. 
The HC-D+ provides a second row of pin anchor bolts on the underside for increased load tolerance of the floor. In addition, the HC-D+ profile has an adjustable steel plate for obtaining any desired height setting.

The HC-D range is also available in an electro-galvanized version.
In extreme conditions, expansion could be more intense than shrinkage and therefore this profile is available with 5 or 9 mm shrinkage-expansion foam in-between the edges.

This profile is only available in standard lengths of 3 metre.
